The Central Rim Neighborhood Association saw an opportunity to improve and beautify a very visible part of their neighborhood, a large concrete wall located on Garden Street that is visible from the I-184 Connector. Together Treasure Valley provided $10,290 in funding that, along with other donations and grants, allowed the project to move forward. A mural, painted by local artists, now brings color and beauty to the neighborhood and to pedestrians and bicyclists who use the adjoining trail. The project was completed in 2021.
